Refund Policy

Effective Date: This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.

At sharingwin.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the following conditions.

1. Return Conditions

  • Product Condition: We only accept returns for New items. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Time Limit: Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order (based on the tracking delivery date).

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

    • Wearable personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, face shields, and gloves.

    • Devices requiring direct physical contact (e.g., thermometers).

2. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure below and specify your exchange preference in your email.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent via Mail.

  • Return Labels: Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect or damaged by the carrier, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    • For Customer Remorse: For personal reasons (e.g., “no longer needed,” “changed mind”), the customer is responsible for all actual return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: There is No Restocking Fee ($0) for any returned items. (Previous fees for high-value orders have been waived to better serve our customers).

  • Return Destination: Please note that all returns must be shipped back to our central warehouse in China.

4. Return & Refund Procedure

  1. Contact Support: Email our team at info@sharingwin.com with your Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return (include photos for defective items).

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address in Shenzhen, China. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

  3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to our warehouse.

  4. Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item within 3 business days.

5. Refunds

  • Processing Time: If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Store Credit: Returns approved after the 30-day window (at our discretion) will receive store credit only.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are processed for shipping.

  • After Shipping: If the order has already been dispatched, you must follow the standard return procedure above.
