Refund Policy
Effective Date: This policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. For international orders, the policy is valid for 30 days from the shipping date. Please read the following terms carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.
1. Return Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:
- Unopened Products: We only accept returns for unopened kits and products, and the return request must be made within 30 days of receipt. For international orders, the return request must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Wearable personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, face shields, gloves, etc.
- Devices requiring physical contact, such as thermometers.
- Returns After 30 Days: Returns after 30 days are only accepted with prior approval and will be eligible for store credit only.
- Purchase Orders: Returns for all purchase orders will be eligible for store credit only.
- Restocking Fee for High-Value Orders: A 5% restocking fee applies to returns of orders valued at $500 or above.
2. Return Shipping Fees
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will cover the return shipping fees and refund the original order’s shipping cost.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed or not liked), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the original order’s shipping fee is non-refundable.
3. Return/Exchange Procedure
If you meet the return conditions, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Customer Support: Before returning any items, please contact our support team via email at info@sharingwin.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return (include photos if the product is damaged or defective)
- Receive Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization and the return address. Note that the return address may differ from the company address.
- Ship the Product Back: Use a trackable shipping service to return the product. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
- Refund/Store Credit Processing:
- If the return meets the conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Returns approved after 30 days will receive store credit instead of a refund.
- For orders valued at $500 or more, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled for free before the product is shipped. Please contact us promptly at info@sharingwin.com.
- Cancellation After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the return procedure. Any related shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Cancellation Fee: There is no cancellation fee before shipping. If the product has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
