This 150W Boost Converter Inverter efficiently converts DC 12V or DC 24V to multiple AC output voltages (0-110V, 172V, 200V, 220V). Designed with high-frequency square wave AC output, it is suitable for resistive loads and various electronic applications. With a compact design and easy installation, it provides a reliable power solution for multiple scenarios.

Notes:

  1. This board outputs high-frequency square wave AC, so it cannot drive most inductive loads such as motors, fans, and coil transformers. Additionally, simple resistive-capacitive step-down devices, such as cheap LED bulbs with resistive-capacitive power supplies, may not work.
  2. When connecting electronic loads (e.g., LED lights, phone chargers, DVD players, WiFi devices), a fast recovery diode or a lower voltage setting (e.g., 110V, 172V) should be added in series at the output.
  3. For high-power loads and long-duration operation, it is recommended to enhance cooling by using a larger heatsink or an external fan.
  4. Do not reverse the input power polarity. Ensure that both the power source and wiring can handle sufficient current.
  5. Since this board has no protection, avoid overloading or short-circuiting the output.
  6. The output voltage is high-frequency square wave AC, which standard multimeters may not measure accurately—readings may appear too high or too low but are not the actual voltage. The board can be used safely.

Important Reminder:

For electronic loads, it is recommended to connect a high-frequency diode at the board’s output to rectify it into DC. Many electronic devices with switching power supplies use standard rectifier diodes to save costs. If connected directly to the “high-frequency AC output,” the rectifier diodes inside the device may overheat, fail, and cause a short circuit, ultimately damaging the inverter board.
