The DHT20 is equipped with a newly designed ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) chip, an enhanced MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems) semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element, and a standard on-chip temperature sensing element. Its performance has been significantly upgraded, surpassing even the reliability standards of its predecessor sensors. As a next-generation temperature and humidity sensor, the DHT20 has undergone improvements that ensure more stable performance in harsh environments. Every sensor undergoes rigorous calibration and testing processes. Due to these refinements and miniaturization efforts, the DHT20 offers an even higher cost-performance ratio.

Note:

When the product is used in the circuit, the power supply voltage of the host MCU must be consistent with the sensor;

To further improve the reliability of the system, the sensor power supply can be controlled.

Only a single DHT20 can be connected to the 12C bus, and other |PC devices cannot be connected.

The power supply voltage range of the host MCU to the DHT20 is 2.5~5.5V.

When the sensor is just powered on, the MCU first supplies power to VCC, and SCL and SDA can be set to high levels after 5ms.
